This project presents the findings of a fan survey for the Pacific Tigers Men's Water Polo team during the 2023 season. The survey collected over 200 responses, providing insights into the factors influencing fan attendance, engagement, and satisfaction. The report focuses on analyzing the survey data to identify key areas for the team to enhance the fan experience and attract new attendees.
